The contestant must be 18 years or older, or accompanied by a parent or guardian, to attempt the challenge.
The contestant must call ahead to Moe’s to set up a time to take on the challenge. Moe’s may not be prepared to offer the challenge to walk-in customers.
The contestant must eat all of the following in their entirety: one 16” Big Mike Special pizza with all toppings, one Triple MoeBurger with all toppings, one large order of french fries, and one order of boneless wings (contestant’s choice of sauce).
Unlimited drinks from the restaurant (water, tea, soda) will be available to the contestant. While outside drinks are normally not allowed in the restaurant, approved contestants are allowed to bring in their own drinks for the challenge.
“Dunking” (using liquid to soak the food) is NOT allowed. Dipping elements in approved sauces (ketchup for the fries, buffalo sauce for the wings, etc) is allowed.
Customers are allowed to touch their food, or use utensils on their food, before the challenge timer officially starts, as long as none of the food is disposed of or consumed.
Successful completion of the challenge requires all elements of the meal to be fully eaten (all toppings included unless Moe’s staff give an exception), within one hour (60 minutes) of the timer start, and without any help from others. All elements will be judged by Moe’s staff.
Contestants are allowed to sit, stand, and walk around in the area of their table. Leaving the restaurant, or going to the bathroom, is not allowed, and may result in disqualification.
Immediate disqualification will result from any of the following: tampering with the challenge timer, hiding/throwing away challenge food, giving challenge food to others, or behaving in an abusive manner towards Moe’s staff.
If the contestant does not complete the challenge successfully, they must pay $55 for their food. Payment is not due until after the challenge is completed.
If the contestant successfully completes the challenge, their meal is free, and their picture will be taken and put on the wall, as well as Moe’s social media. By agreeing to participate in the challenge, contestants consent to being photographed and filmed for promotional purposes by Moe’s.
By signing the challenge waiver, the contestant certifies that they have read and agree to all challenge rules, that they are making a very stupid decision by attempting this challenge, and that they exclude Moe’s Restaurant from all liability from any situation that may stem from taking on the challenge.
