TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To reserve our back room, you must read and agree to all of the following terms and conditions:

1. Moe's will likely call you at the phone number you provided to confirm details and ask for additional information. Please provide us with as much information about your party as possible so we can best prepare our room to accommodate you.

2. Moe's does not guarantee that the time you request via this form will be available. If there is a conflict in scheduling your group and another one that already has a reservation, we will call you with the number you provided and try to see where we can fit you in.

3. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the start time of your party; the earlier, the better.

4. If your party does not expect more than 20 people, we will seat you in a sectioned-off portion of the back room. This is so that we can use the rest of the room for another party or main restaurant “overflow” space for additional customers, wherever your party is not occupying space.

5. You are free to bring in decorations for your party, with the exception of wall decorations. No tape, pins, staples, adhesive of any kind are allowed to be put on the walls.

6. No outside foods are permitted to be brought in. If you would like to bring in a specialty decorated cake or cupcakes, please let us know.

7. Moe's is a non-alcoholic restaurant, and we will not allow any alcoholic beverages to be brought in to the restaurant for any reason.
